Banner Medical Group's Primary Care clinic is ideally located at Greenway and Tatum Boulevards, adjacent to Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. This is a trendy, upscale, popular area with excellent dining and shopping, parks, hiking trails, golf, and a quick drive to Camelback Mountain or Phoenix Mountains Preserve.

Qualifications Include:

• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• FNP license and certification
• Primary Care experience required
• Provider who is comfortable with all ages
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
