Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Support Administrator (ISSA) works together with Nuvotronics Outside Sales (Account Mangers) and Sales Reps supporting the sales process of Nuvotronics customers. The ISSA manages the tactical sales activities; Quote Processing, PO Acknowledgement, Order Management, Production Forecasting, and other tasks associated with the Sales Management Process. The ISSA is an extension of the field sales team and together they manage and grow the Nuvotronics customer revenue pipeline.
The Inside Sales staff develops relationships with our customers purchasing and operation teams and is the point-of-contact for all production and shipment activities. The ISSA is responsible for ensuring customers are satisfied with our order management, production delivery, and customer service communication. They engage in activities that result in new sales opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple customers and variable product demands, delivering consistent and reliable information to customers about their orders and product shipments. Ability to navigate complex issues with many moving parts. Must have good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. A need to deal with time driven deliverables, and at times, stressful situations.
To be successful as a ISSA, the individual should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM) software, can manage multiple tasks at once, and deliver on commitments. Ultimately, the person should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates with account management to establish customer production fulfillment plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on implementation and ensures operational effectiveness. Effectively cascades functional strategy and contributes to development of organizational policies. Accountable for actions that impact function or multiple department budgets.
- Works on complex issues where problems are not clearly defined and where fundamental principles do not fully apply. Translates business segment strategy into functional plans and guides execution. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Contributes to development of strategies of a function or multi departments. Erroneous decisions will have a critical long term (typically up to five years) impact on the overall success of function or multi departments.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 2-year college degree in business operations, marketing, or communications, plus a minimum of 5 years related inside sales experience is required.
- Experience in Technology, Defense or Satellite Communications industries is preferred.
