We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize overall supply chain performance. Working with NVH plants to drive world class performance in our Supply Chain areas.

The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You'll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Help develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's objectives
  • Develop optimal inventory levels and ensure plants have the correct processes and skills to meet targets
  • Implement and manage S&OP process for all plants
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes, systems, and technologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Train supply chain associates on best practices and standard processes.
  • Drive inventory accuracy to expected goals within the plants
  • Document and implement best practices in supply chain processes

Qualifications - Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP planning and scheduling in automotive
  • Experience in training supply chain associates on standard processes and best practices
  • Ability to visualize processes and identify key kaizen areas
  • Ability to communicate to effectively and with data
  • Experience with Kanban/Min-Max planning within SAP
  • Superior leadership skills - influence all facets of the organization, mentoring, coaching and teaching

Qualifications - Desirable Educational / Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Finance
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in SAP planning with knowledge of PP/MM/SD tables and reporting
  • APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) CPIM certification
  • Automotive or JIT broadcast environment experience
