Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in 3K and Pre k. * Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. * Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities. * Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and cohesive learning community. Qualifications: NO EXCEPTIONS * Must possess a valid and current New York State Teaching Certificate. * Certification MUST be specifically for Birth through First Grade (Early Childhood Education). * Thorough understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
