NYSE Floor Operations Associate

The Role

Pragma, a MarketAxess company is looking for a NYSE Floor Operations Associate to support its Polaris equity order management system (OMS). The NYSE Floor Operations Associate will be located on the NYSE floor at 11 Wall Street in a client facing role as a member of the front-line support for the 190+ clerks and traders using our state-of-the-art technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn a new product and how trading is conducted on the NYSE Floor.

How You'll Help Take Us There:

• Provide on-site training and day-to-day support for Polaris
• Work closely with Pragma’s production engineering team to diagnose and resolve issues, including entering and tracking in Jira
• Collaborate with production engineering on upgrades, including releases and testing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, training and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize enhancements and deploy new features.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equity sell-side OMS support or financial technology support roles.
• Strong understanding of trading environments and equity financial markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating clearly and effectively in high-stress situations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $85,000 USD to $115,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
