Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive transition from BOBJ to OAS
• Understand business needs and use cases and customize delivered Oracle Analytics functionality to meet customers' analytics reporting needs
• Load data using Oracles integration and ETL tools
• Analyze, cleanse, and load data
• Analyze and organize customer data and build reports/dashboards to meet the requirement
• Consulting experience implementing analytics, data warehouse integration/ETL data visualization, and/or Essbase solutions preferably with Oracles analytics cloud suite
• Lead Analytics offerings: Oracle Analytics, Cloud Data Visualization, OBIEE, and ODI
• Deliver high-quality client solutions that meet and exceed client and company expectations and are delivered on time and on-budget
• Manage client solution delivery including defining project approach, leading and motivating project teams, monitoring and managing project risks, managing client and key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions
• Identifying new business opportunities including building strong client relations, understanding client needs, and solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to lead, and helping develop client opportunities
• Primary focus on developing customer solutions using Oracles analytics offerings: Oracle Analytics, Cloud Oracle Data Visualization, Fusion Analytics for Warehouse, OBIEE, OD, Machine Learning, and Autonomous Data warehouse (ADW)

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience
• Experience in requirement-gathering solution blueprints, performing fit-gap analysis, and business process design.
• Experience to translate business analyst requirements into analytics metadata
• Must have extensive hands-on/end-to-end implementation experience using OAC/OBIEE
• Must possess solid knowledge of OBIEE RPD design development & deployment
• Must have experience in designing customized interactive dashboards and reports in OBIEE using drill-down prompts filters and variable
• Required skills: Oracle Analytics Cloud
• Nice to have skills: OBIEE/OAC, OAC OBIEE Reporting, and SAP BOBJ (Business Objects)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
