Job Description

Technical Skills- Experience ina) Validation of Diagnostics, OBD2 requiremnet in vehicle or HIL or SiLb) Specification and certification of OBD2 requirement for any ECUc) Calibration of OBD2 or Diagnostics parameters for vehicles.- Knowledge ona) Protocols : CAN/ UDS/Flexrayb) Topics : Diagnostics, OBD , CARB regulationsc) Automotive components : Transmission, electric Drive System, battery Chargers, HV Components etc.

1. Prior experience in handling OBD2 certification with CARB and pre-PVE vehicle validation2. Experience in HV validation on HIL systems

Tools- Requirements Management : DOORS- Measurement Calibration Diagnostic (MCD) : CANAPE/CANOE/Canalyzer/Candela Studio/INCA/CANOE DIVA- Testing Tools : Vector CANoe, DiagRA, Silver, Provetech, Python , TWProgramming Languages- CKeywords- Diagnostics, DTC, OBD2, OBDonUDS, ZEVonUDS, CARB, DEM, DCM

Qualifications

UG (ECE,EEE), or PG (any specialisation)
