OB/GYN | 4 Day Work Week | $100K Sign on + $375K Base | South-Central KS

A level-III trauma center located in South-Central Kansas, about 35 minutes from Wichita, are seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a team of 3 in a full-time position.

This hospital is well-known for high physician satisfaction, retention, and positive patient outcomes. This opportunity is a rare blend of work/life balance and lucrative income potential into the $450-500K range.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 3 OB physicians and 1 WHNP
• State-of-the-art birthing center includes private L+D suites, lactation consultants, the ability to mange high-risk cases
• Hospital averages 350 deliveries per year; incoming OB's will increase volumes to 500-600 range
• Option for Robotic Surgery, hospital has its own da Vinci
• Compensation includes a Base Salary of $350-375K with incentives and call pay into the $450-500K range
