Ob/Gyn Generalist at Baystate Health

Pioneer Women’s Health (PWH) at Baystate Health is seeking a dedicated Obstetrician–Gynecologist to join our collaborative practice. While this position is currently listed as full-time, we are open to discussing flexible arrangements, including part-time, call-only, or a combination of clinical and academic roles. About Our Practice: PWH is a vibrant OBGYN practice situated in the scenic Western Massachusetts region. Our team consists of 4 physicians and 13 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), all committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care.

As the only OBGYN service in Franklin County, we perform approximately 450 births annually in our 93-bed community hospital. Our CNMs manage vaginal births and assist with C-sections, while our physicians focus on complex OB consultations, GYN ambulatory care, and GYN surgical procedures. Notably, we maintain one of the lowest C-section rates in Massachusetts.
Community and Care: We serve a diverse clientele, including LGBTQ+ individuals and underserved families. Our commitment to reducing racial disparities in OBGYN care reflects our dedication to inclusive, equitable healthcare.
