Atrium Health Union provides exceptional care for both moms and babies, supported by the renowned Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital, which boasts eight U.S. News & World Report-ranked pediatric specialties, including neonatology. Their state-of-the-art Women and Children's Center offers custom-designed suites for postpartum recovery. Specialized care includes a well-baby nursery and a Special Care Nursery for babies needing medical monitoring, staffed by board-certified neonatologists and equipped with advanced ventilation and isolettes. Atrium Health Union currently sees approximately 1,400 annual deliveries.

Atrium Health Stanly (AHS) currently sees approximately 300 annual deliveries. AHS offers a comprehensive array of maternity and pediatric services designed to support parents through pregnancy, delivery and the first months of the child's life. The Mother and Baby Center features six spacious labor, delivery and recovery suites, beautifully furnished and offer the latest amenities. The newborn nursery is staffed by nurses who specialize in newborn care and are trained in neonatal resuscitation. The state-of-the-art nursery security system helps keep baby safe while in the medical center. Atrium Health Stanly also offers support groups and education including breastfeeding basics and prenatal classes.
