Position Details:
• Join this highly collegial team of 8 OBGYN's at this top-ranked regional health system in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs
• Optimal clinical efficiency with dedicated support staff, nursing, Epic EMR, and MFM's onsite weekly
• Incredible work-life balance with a true 3- or 4-day workweek schedule
• Extremely minimal call burden - be on call only 2 days per month
• State-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced medical technology including two DaVinci robots

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary plus production bonuses and quality incentive bonuses
• Opportunity for partnership track
• $35k signing incentive package
• Extra call pay at $750/day
