Compensation Details:
•  Base Salary Range: $360,000 - $425,000.
•  $400K+ guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus a growing production bonus provides strong total compensation.
•  $150K sign-on bonus, $250K+ student loan repayment, plus relocation and other incentives.
•  Executive-level benefits including health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and a strong retirement match.
