A thriving OBGYN practice just outside of Moscow, ID composed of 3 OB/GYNs, 2 Midwives, and 1 WHNP are seeking another OBGYN to join their team. This practice prioritizes work/life balance with a call schedule of 1:5 and a 4-day work week.

This is a lucrative opportunity offering income into the $400-450K range through a combination of base salary, call pay, and incentives.

The Position:
• Level-III Trauma Center averages 600-700 deliveries per year
• Practice alongside 3 OB/GYN's, 2 Midwives, and1 WHNP - Midwives share in call
• Schedule of 3 clinic days per week and 1 OR day per week
• Option to utilize a da Vinci Robot
• Compensation includes a Base Salary with incentives into the $400-450K range
• Sign-on package up to $120K, Student Loan Repayment, Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement, and option for Partnership
