A growing 50-bed independent Hospital near San Antonio, TX seeks to add an OBGYN to replace a retiring physician.

THE PRACTICE

• Join a team of 4 providers and support staff with a well-rounded practice that values collaboration.
• Incorporate OB into your practice, or focus on a GYN-heavy practice with OB call.
• Enjoy a 4 1/2 day workweek split between the clinic and OR for a healthy work-life balance.
• Base salary of $400,000, plus a quality incentive bonus to reward your excellence in care.
• Additional incentives Include a $25,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation allowance, 6 weeks of PTO, $5,000 for CME, as well as health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits.
