OB/GYN | Northern Idaho | $120K Sign on Bonus | Partnership Track

A thriving practice just outside of Moscow, ID composed of 3 OB/GYN's, 2 Midwives, and 1 WHNP are seeking another OB/GYN to join their team. This practice prioritizes work/life balance and offers lucrative income potential into the $400K range.

The Position:
• Level-III Trauma Center averages 720 deliveries per year
• Practice and share call alongside 3 OB/GYN's, 2 Midwives, and1 WHNP
• Schedule of 3 clinic days per week and 1.5 OR days per week, option for Robotic Surgery
• Compensation includes a Base Guarantee of $340K with profit-sharing, average income of group is between $400-450K per year
• 'Sign-on up to $120K, Loan Repayment options, Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement, and option for Partnership after 1 year
