IGOMedical Group – OB/GYN Patient Service Representative (Call Center) - Full Time Days with Benefits IGO Medical Group is currently seeking a Patient Service Representative to function under the direction of the Call Center department lead and/or Practice Administrator. This is a 40 hour per week position (days Monday through Friday) with a competitive benefit package including health insurance, vacation/sick time, employee discounts and a pension plan. Located in the Golden Triangle area, IGO Medical Group has been providing comprehensive women’s healthcare in a comfortable and convenient private practice setting since 1979. Infertility, gynecology, obstetrical and menopausal care services are provided by twelve physicians and their staff of over 45 employees. Some College preferred. Must have medical office experience including at least one year of OB/GYN and Call Center. Must have electronic health records experience, Epic preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Specific Responsibilities: • Medical Assistant (not required) • Answering Incoming Calls • Patient Registration • Appointment Scheduling • Taking appropriate telephone messages • PPO/Medicare insurance knowledge a must • Experience with insurance verification • Procedure Scheduling Experience is a plus • Ability to deliver exceptional care to our patients • Must provide a high level of customer service which exceeds IGOs Patient Care Standards • Participation in office regular staff meetings. • Other duties as assigned by the department lead or Administrator.
