Who We Are

Rushmore OB/Gyn is looking for a part time or full time board eligible or board certified OB/Gyn to join our busy practice in Rapid City, South Dakota.  We are a privately owned practice that has been consistently growing over the last decade.     

We provide complete in-office gynecologic and obstetrical care.  We have two ultrasound machines with sonographers, several NST machines, a large procedure room, dedicated exam rooms, office hysteroscopy, in-house laboratory services, phlebotomy, and a dedicated nurse for each provider.

We currently have three OB/Gyn providers with a practice average of 40 deliveries per month. Call during the week is split among our providers. Weekend call is currently one in every seven weekends, and shared with another OB/Gyn office. We provide obstetrical care at Monument Health-Rapid City Hospital, which is just a few minutes away from the office.  This hospital has a level III NICU on-site.  Maternal Fetal Medicine is available for consultation.  We do have an OB Hospitalist Group available for backup.

Surgical cases can be performed at Monument Health-Rapid City Hospital, Black Hills Surgical Hospital, or Same Day Surgery Center.  All three are within minutes of the office.

What Makes Rapid City a Great Place to Live

Rapid City has approximately 80,000 residents but serves a much larger area with patients coming from North Dakota, Wyoming, and Nebraska.  We have no state income tax but we do have property tax.  There is easy access to outdoor activities and some of the most beautiful scenery in the United States with the Black Hills at our doorstep.  The cost of living is generally lower here and proximity to activities makes for a wonderful work/life balance.
