Job Description

This job requires solid analytics skill to identify and address the issue before the application owners are impacted. The qualified person will gather server, storage, network, OS, database, application, and cyber-security data and develop single pane dashboard to present overall ecosystem health and identify area to drill down if/when it detects performance issue or outage.

Qualifications

• 9 years of solid experience in Splunk administration, Splunk Cloud administration, and development skill on how to onboard data and present it is a must
• 5 years of experience in integrating with Check_mk, VMware Aria Operations (vROps), HP OneView, Dell OME, SolarWinds, runZero, and other IT tools is a must
• 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure is a must
• Experience with Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) is a plus
• Experience with Cisco AppDynamics and Dynatrace is a plus
