South Bend Clinic, a member of Duly Health and Care, is recruiting for a board eligible/board certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our highly reputable physician led and owned multi-specialty group in South Bend, Indiana. Compensation & Benefits:

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance and medical coverage at 100% (after deductible) when utilizing a Duly provider. Employer provided life and disability insurance

• Access to a non-qualified deferred compensation plan once eligibility requirements are met
• Eligible for sign-on and relocation bonus and loan forgiveness option
• Catalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing training
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $350,000 - $525,000.

About the Clinic: In 1916 Dr. Walter Baker, a South Bend surgeon, had the opportunity to tour the nationally known Mayo Clinic. Even then, the Mayo Clinic was an impressive healthcare facility; it was the first large multi-specialty group practice of its kind. Dr. Baker was so inspired by what he saw that he immediately returned home and gathered five other specialists together to form a similar group, which became known as The South Bend Clinic. Those six doctors started the clinic that now includes over twenty site locations, 150+ providers and encompasses over twenty-two different specialties. Despite its exponential growth over the past 100+ years, The South Bend Clinic stays true to the founders’ purpose of patient-centered, physician-led healthcare.

In 2021, the Clin­ic joined Duly Health and Care based in Chica­go, Illi­nois — the Mid­west­’s largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian-led med­ical group.
