Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work as Technical Lead for Accolade Development and Support project.
2. Liaise with customer and understand new requirements.
3. Perform the configuration changes in Accolade based on the requirement.
4. Follow development and release process to deploy the changes in Production.
5. Perform UI changes using Javascript based on the Change Request.
6. Fix Accolade module errors like reported by users like Workflow issues, Project template update, User data update, Project data update etc
7. Export and Import of the data through backend using SQL, PL/SQL scripts.
8. Coordinate and perform development work for Accolade Integration with other legacy systems.
9. Understand business PPM process of customer and provide solution accordingly by creating Functional and Technical Design specifications.

Generic Managerial Skills

1. Coordinate with customer by attending meetings and share the requirements to offshore.
2. Manage offshore technical support team and ensure quality output is delivered to customer.
3. Manage the project releases and provide status update to both TCS and Novelis leadership team.
4. Coordinate and follow-up with product vendor (Sopheon) for handling the product bugs.
