ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER II
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The OCM Manager II is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of organizational change management strategies for one or more key programs across the bank. The position will focus on the people side of change to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact colleagues and clients. The OCM Consultant will also need to be able to quickly assess the scope and impact of the change and make recommendations to improve OCM delivery capability. They will manage/oversee complex cross-line of business change initiatives in alignment with CNB's Enterprise Change Management Framework. which outlines the OCM approach.The OCM Manager II will also need to be able to quickly assess the scope and impact of the change and make recommendations to improve OCM delivery capability. Role will participate in program eviews in partnership with the EPMO to ensure compliance with OCM standards throughout the project lifecycle.Program elements may include areas such as organization structure, processes, operational support and technology. Role will be instrumental in driving and tracking change readiness, defining the OCM approach, coaching Project Managers/Consultants and key stakeholders that are responsible for OCM delivery elements, and monitoring implementation plan implementation to enable benefits realization and the achievement of results and outcomes. Success of change outcomes will be measured by the implementation and fulfillment of the OCM strategy and realization of program's defined benefits and results.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide OCM consultative support for moderate to complex imitiatives and drive change management practices by conducting independent organizational change management reviews
- Partners with business to ensure an understanding of the current culture and jointly develop readiness assessments and change adoption plans
- Consult and coach the project team, managers, leaders and change partners in their change roles.
- Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
- Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
- Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership
- Partners with Project Manager and Corporate Partners to jointly assess training needs, design and create professional training materials (guides, eLearning, instructor lead training materials, facilitator guides, etc.) using instructional design experience
- Develops project strategies and plans including stakeholder assessments, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, end-user training
- Adhere to CNB Organizational Change Management Guidelines and delivery methodologies when applicable
- Complies fully with all Bank Operational policies and procedures and completes all required training
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of organizational change management program design and implementation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and Resource Management
Skills and Knowledge
- Change management certification highly preferred
- Banking experience highly preferred
- Management Consulting background highly preferred
- Experience with Commercial and Consumer lending highly preferred
- Must be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of OCM methodology, phases, tools and techniques across the program/project lifecycle
- Experience in structured analysis, strategy, problem-solving and critical thinking
- Can drive organizational change and understands how to define change strategy, implementation, and transition/closure.
- Must have strong business savvy with good diplomacy skills in order to influence and be effective with senior executives.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
Compensation
Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
