WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

The OEM Account Manager will be tasked to achieve sales targets and drive satisfaction with our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Spa customers. This is a fairly technical sales position entailing standard and custom parts sales. The position will be responsible for understanding OEMs production requirements and aligning with our supply chain to ensure sales metrics are achieved. The position will implement sales strategies and goals aligned with the launch of new product introductions. Additionally, you will: 

  • Understand the OEM processes, business needs and respond with urgency.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Fluidra’s spa products, pricing and operations.
  • Develop inside sales strategies and adapt execution as needed to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and sales targets.
  • Develop a distributor-based sales channel from existing customer base.
  • Manage activities and critical KPIs to increase market share of spa products.
  • Engage with supply chain to understand and communicate with customers accordingly.
  • Negotiate and execute supply agreements.
  • Quote non-custom parts and maintain margin requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts trends, and competitive information.
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, supply chain, quality, and product development to optimize the sales process and potential.
  • Represent Fluidra in sales meetings and trade shows.
  • 20 to 30% travel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE SEEK

4+ years of inside sales experience in a technical products environment.

Excellent communication, written, and active listening skills.

Excellent time management and organization skills.

Self-starter with the ability to build relationships remotely.

Ability to process and analyze data to drive decision making.

Strong use of data to drive decision making.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient understanding of inside sales cycle methodology.

Strong use of excel and ppt.

1+ years OEM sales experience is preferred

Experience with selling or marketing to customers is preferred

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or other related field
