Job Description

3form is seeking a full-time Account/Program Manager. This role interacts primarily with OEM Sales Support and Customer Service and reports to our OEM Customer Service Manager.

Play a crucial role in our evolving business strategy by providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining relationships with current customers, helping onboard new customer programs, while managing client feedback.

Work in an inside sales capacity with quoting, follow-up, and managing order progress to close sales.

Develop Professional relationships with customers demonstrating the skills and the ability to speak with, email, and help customers with their needs.

Daily order entry and order processing of assigned accounts. Entering orders with accuracy using My3form and ICE software platforms, also reviewing other team members orders to ensure accuracy as needed. Order entry may include reviewing customer drawings, checking against existing parts and creating new parts in our ERP system. Customer drawings may be in PDF, PNG, or DXF file formats. Order entry requires you to confirm specifications correlate with purchase order and machine capabilities.

Responsible for working in a cooperative, safe, and productive manner with managers and employees.

Committed to quality assurance.

Have the ability to cope with increased pressure, changes to planned work schedules and greater challenges due to fluctuating organizational demands.

Assist other employees in a customer service role as needed.

Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.

Attend and participate in meetings as required.

Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.

Job is based in Salt Lake City, Utah at 3form Headquarters. Manager is located in Kernersville, North Carolina at 3form Glass Factory.

Training for the position will require travel to 3form Glass Factory in Kernersville, North Carolina.

Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

AutoCAD experience/skills helpful but not required.

Knowledge of standard terminology, techniques, and practices of furniture manufacturing helpful but not required.

Knowledge of basic mathematics skills.

Problem solving skills.

Able to read, speak and write fluent English, with excellent communication skills.

Well organized, attentive to detail and very accurate.

Cooperative and willing to assist others.

Able to work alone or with groups of people.

Willing to travel to visit customers, attend shows, or other events is preferred, but not required.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Required physical strength:

This is a physical job that entails walking and/or standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary. Amount of time - up to 1/4.
