Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for an OEM Compliance Specialist to join our team!
The OEM Compliance Specialist is a member of the Managed Services team who reports to the Manager, Advertising Operations and supports the team in several capacities. The OEM Compliance Specialist will support and collaborate with OEM Compliance Coordinators to fulfil client requests. Additionally, the OEM Compliance Specialist will assist in the collection, distribution, and execution of task work to support clients contracted with Dealer.com Managed Services. Once proven and demonstrating effective and efficient performance, the OEM Compliance Specialist can be granted the opportunity to take on a limited client portfolio.
Your Role:
  • Efficiently process and execute tasks assigned.
  • Managing queue-based monthly submissions of dealership sites to third-party auditors.
  • Preliminary website compliance audits.
  • Monthly recording & tracking of ongoing compliance issues.
  • Work with other teams (MS Content & Creative, OEM Services, IDT, PM, Support) to resolve compliance issues.
  • Limited client interaction, both written (email) and verbal (phone).
  • Participate in trainings and workshops as assigned by Management.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field; or the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills (using English)
  • Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
  • Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in an office environment with ability to work remotely if needed.

USD 17.21 - 25.87 per hour
