Offer Manager Device

We are looking for an Offer Manager Device!

Orange Belgium is looking for an experienced & motivated collaborator to participate actively to the definition and implementation of offers, projects and promotions related to device equipment, with the purpose to increase market penetration, revenues and contribution.

As Offer Manager Device, you will be reporting to the Services & Go-To-Market Domain Manager within our Consumer Business Unit.

Key responsibilities:

Analysis:  Carry out ad hoc analysis of market data and customer expectations/experience, best practices, benchmarking

Concept development & Implementation: Contribute to the generation of revenues and to specific marketing dimensions with a scope of 1 to 6 months by:

• Preparing the projects, campaigns, offers for validation, including development of business case, forecasts, and project plan
• Implementing specific elements of the value propositions & marketing levers to meet customer needs : product, applications, channel launch , customer service launch, communication, handsets, etc. in order to achieve goals
• Carrying out the implementation and launch of these projects, thereby working closely with people from other departments within Orange Belgium
• Ensure effective reporting, perform post-mortems, and suggest revisions of plans on request

Your profile:

• Master degree or equivalent by experience
• About 5 years relevant experience in marketing, sales or customer service in the telecom, FMCG or service industry
• Analytical skills, proficient in Ms Excel
• Business acumen
• Telecommunication: revenue & cost - drivers & dynamics understanding
• Project management skills
• Self-starting and intrapreneurial
• Team player
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint skills)
• Persuasion/negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English and French
