Position Overview:
As an Offering Management Specialist at Honeywell, you will be part of our global team of thinkers, innovators, dreamers, and doers who shape the future. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and solutions that address critical challenges in various industries. Join us and make a difference in the way we fly, fuel jets, ensure safety, and create a sustainable future. You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Global Gas Offerings and work out of our TX3J Houston location in on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the product roadmap definition, capturing product improvements and change requests, and defining product requirements. You will also evaluate and develop partner strategies, support functional testing and evaluation of new products, and interface with development teams. Additionally, you will visit customers to gather feedback, support pricing decisions, and contribute to product marketing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support roadmap definition with the product manager
- Capture product improvements and change requests
- Define product requirements, both functional and non-functional
- Evaluate and develop partner strategies
- Support functional testing and evaluation of new products.
- Interface with local and distributed development teams
- Visit customers to gather feedback.
- Support pricing decisions
- Contribute to product marketing activities.
- Support defining and maintaining product demo environments.
- Perform customer or internal trainings related to domain expertise.
- Support definition phase on new projects
- Perform VOC surveys and evaluate.

- Analytical thinking and decision making
