We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven professional Office Admin to join us!
Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for employees & visitors, providing a warm welcome and assisting guests, candidates, and vendors.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ticket support, mail handling, managing orders & supplies, and office inventory.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, managing contracts, processing orders, and ensuring timely payments and invoice tracking.
Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing internal and external events such as team socials, holiday celebrations, and wellness activities. Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and training sessions.
Building Management: Serve as the POC with the building management, coordinating parking, maintenance, and office logistics while maintaining a strong working relationship.
Team Support: Assist with administrative duties and ad hoc tasks to support other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Service-Oriented: A true people person with a "can-do" attitude, focused on supporting others and contributing to the team’s success.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both Hebrew and English.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with task management tools is a plus.
Team Player: Positive, friendly, and highly collaborative.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Availability: Must work onsite in Tel Aviv, Sunday-Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
