In this position, you will be:

Office Management:

• Handle and maintain office supplies, equipment, and Housekeeping staff to ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and handle vendor management
• Support employee engagement initiatives and develop a positive office culture.
• Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.
• Implement and make sure office policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide administrative support in the onboarding process
• Support in Hotel Contracts / Agreement and travel booking for guests.
• Handle administration budget and build reports monthly.
• Support in all miscellaneous activities related to the office.

Academic background in Graduate in any specialization with 5 years of working experience
Proven experience in HR & Office administration.
