About the Role

Dandy is looking for an Office Administrator to support our growing facility needs. You’ll work to run the administration of our physical space, contribute to the employee experience, and collaborate with our in-house HR team in Carrollton, TX. This is a great role for someone who wants to flex their people and organizational skills in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all office activities including regular maintenance coordination, supply ordering, event coordination, and administrative assistance

  • Provide building access to new employees

  • Serve as first point of contact for all site visitors/guests and external vendors

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring site action plans

  • Assist in HR Onboarding Processes including orientation and I9 processing

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of office management or general administrative

  • Outstanding organizational and task management skills

  • Experience with Windows 10 Professional

  • Ability to execute light physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with internal team members

  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining a positive customer presence

  • Customer service skills and general client-facing ability

  • Desire to take on ambiguous tasks and develop scalable solutions

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in a startup and/or manufacturing environment

  • Executive/Leadership administrative support

  • Full scale project management experience
