Allwyn North America is headquartered in Chicago, and currently operates the Illinois Lottery under a private management agreement while seeking other opportunities throughout the U.S. We also provide products and services to lotteries and their players throughout Europe and the United States.
Position Overview:
Within Allwyn North America, the Office Administrator will be responsible for a broad variety of office management responsibilities as well as providing administrative support throughout the organization. Will serve as the "go-to" person and own the efficient daily operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient work environment for staff and visitors.
  • Serve as the point person for office duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, invoices, etc.
  • Coordinate delivery of office services with other departments.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Coordinate with facility management including cleaning, catering and security services.
  • Procure and replenish of office supplies.
  • Manage office security; access control, risk assessment, planning, and communication.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with other third party vendors.
  • Provide a wide range of administrative services.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to cover the overall administrative needs of the office.
  • Assist in planning in-house or off-site company events.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding proceses.

Requirements
Required:
  • 2 plus years of relevant general administrative experience within an office environment
  • Working experience within Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite
  • Experience prioritizing tasks, arranging and attending meetings, and

Preferred:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.
