Stable and growing Biotech company located in Skokie is seeking an awesome Administrative Assistant to join their creative team! Positive attitude, friendly and hard working candidates only. Job Requirements :
- Between 1-2 years of office support with blend of Administrative and Receptionist experience
- Able to commute in office to Skokie everyday
- Strong MS Office
- HS Diploma
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Receptionist duties: greet and welcome visitors, answer phones
- Prepare and send FedEx/DHL/USPS mail and packages
- Distribute parking passes and update log to send to Security
- Track and order office & kitchen supplies
- Help with special requests i.e., binding presentations, researching (usually a venue, item, gathering information for a management team member)
- Maintain conference and kitchen space according to safety protocols
