Office Assistant

Modivcare is looking for someone to perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the company's success. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks, friendly and customer focused. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, utilizing discretion, and taking initiative to solve problems, as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This position is located in the Denver Corporate Office.

You will...

• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering and stocking new materials as needed
• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail and Priority Deliveries
• Welcoming visitors to our office
• Covers Reception on occasion
• Taking and delivering messages
• Organizing incoming supplies in designated areas
• Reliable transportation to pick up supplies as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in an office environment
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

Salary: $15.18 - $20.24 hourly
