About the team

The office management team believes that the office environment has a direct impact on employees’ engagement and well-being. Our goal is to ensure that employees have everything at their disposal to perform their possible best.
We would like to support employees so that they remain happy, motivated, and productive.

We are looking for someone who can support us in this mission, with the opportunity to join on a full-time or part-time basis (30 hours per week).

About your responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a smooth process flow.
  • Provide administrative support to Office Management, Finance, and HR teams.
  • Manage incoming calls, mails, and deliveries.
  • Greet guests, suppliers, and couriers professionally.
  • Ensure office areas are well-maintained, including preparing and setting up meeting rooms for scheduled events.
  • Coordinate taxis and handle guest parking tickets.
  • Assist with company events and office projects as needed.
  • Support new employee onboarding, including workspace setup and access card management.

Experience, skills and knowledge you should bring to us

  • Proficiency in Excel and other office applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Kind, helpful, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Structured, professional work style with attention to detail.
  • High-quality performance and precision in tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Bonus skills that will help you hit the ground running

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
