We are looking for an Office Assistant who supports the day-to-day operations of the company.

What You Will Do

• Assist in answering commercial business phones
• Manage the job start-up process
• Track time and materials
• Manage Foreman correspondence, dumpsters, inspections, permits, owner training, etc.
• Manage project close-out
• Assistant to GM and VP
• Maintain spreadsheets

What We Want From You

• 2+ years of office assistant experience, preferably within home services
• Professional and customer-focused personality
• Self-starter, reliable, etc.
• Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
• Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within the department
• High School Diploma or equivalent
