Title: Office Assistant
Job Duties: The office assistant will provide supportive services and activities related to the business office functions. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.
Qualifications:
1. A high school diploma/GED.
2. Experience with front desk receptions
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
4. Basic understanding of AP/AR, Medical Records referred
5. Familiarity with the following office equipment:
- FAX machine
- Copier
- Multi-line telephone
- Calculator
- Fire extinguisher
- Computer
About the Campus: Crestwood San Diego is home to our Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) and Hummingbird Healing House, a Social Rehabilitation Program, a transitional residential treatment program.
