Job description

Job Description – • Manage the executive calendar and schedule meetings and travel. • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. • Maintain and organize important business documents. • Handle confidential information with discretion. • Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy. • Provide admin support to improve daily efficiency. • Help prepare and distribute marketing materials for trade shows and events. • Support the technical sales team with client coordination, presentations, and proposal tracking. • Work with teams to ensure timely communication with clients.
