Office Assistant/Sales Associate

Job Description –
• Manage the executive calendar and schedule meetings and travel.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Maintain and organize important business documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy.
• Provide admin support to improve daily efficiency.
• Help prepare and distribute marketing materials for trade shows and events.
• Support the technical sales team with client coordination, presentations, and proposal tracking.
• Work with teams to ensure timely communication with clients.
Requirements –
• Ability to react to change and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Pleasant interpersonal skills, indicating the potential for long-term growth within our organization.
• Participation in administering marketing materials for trade shows and other events is a plus.
• Amenable to work US business hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
