Aktiv leading products are proprietary emergency medicine in autoinjectors.

We are currently hiring an Office Care Professional 

The Position: The Office Care Professional's primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, all basic daily and weekly cleaning duties, maintaining a proper clean and hygienic office environment for the health and safety of all employees and Aktiv guests along with a focus of maintaining an esthetically pleasing environment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Greet visitors entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
• Accept deliveries and mail and organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients.
• Responsible for all basic cleaning throughout facility.
• Cleans floors and rooms including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up objects off the floor, empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, sweeping, and mopping, and cleaning toilets and urinals as needed.
• Maintains cafeteria areas, assuring that items are stocked, and dishes are clean and put away.
• Deep clean all spaces bi-monthly.
• Assures that office plants are healthy and maintained.
• Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience preferred

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

• Must have reliable transportation. Currently have multiple locations.
