What you'll be doing...

In this critical role, you will be the first line support to our Pension Claims department. You are the beginning of process in making sure that our customers’ retirement benefits are processed accurately and timely. You will:

  • Creating, logging and trackingĀ participant files
  • Sorting and distributing mail and daily reports
  • Locating and retrieving files
  • Prepping files for scanning

  • Technically Savvy. Proficient with technology, basic knowledge of Excel and Word
