Job Description

Ibotta is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This individual will play an integral role in making sure our office runs smoothly. The Office Coordinator is also an ambassador of our culture and must positively impact others on a daily basis. 

This position is located in Denver, Colorado, and requires 5 days in the office. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

Office Management:

  • Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed

  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office environment, including common areas

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues

Administrative and Employee Support:

  • Manage company meals (Tuesday/Thursday lunches, Thursday bagels, team lunches, etc.)

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

  • Short mail and distribute to correct employees

  • Organize employee engagement activities and office events to foster a positive work environment

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with facilities-related requests and comments

  • Maintain an efficiently functioning office space

  • Assist in organizing and executing team outings/events for hundreds of people

  • Manage security access and parking validation process

  • Help with special projects as needed

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of administrative, office management, event planning or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to work in the Denver office

  • Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Concur, and Zoom preferred

  • Willingness to help others

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster professional relationships

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to handle multiple urgent priorities at one time

  • Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high level of energy and sense of humor
