Office Coordinator

25 hrs per week

Location: In-Office Downtown Toronto

Schedule: Mon – Fri; 8 am – 1 pm/9 am – 2 pm 

What you will be responsible for: 

• Leading Occupational Health and Safety program to ensure compliance with Ontario Health and Safety Act requirements and protocols.
• Collaborating with team members globally in employee engagement initiatives and planning events locally.
• Coordinating deliveries: tech items and office supplies
• Facilitating employee access to Toronto office and maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas  
• Collaborating with building management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and upgrades.
• Undertaking additional duties as assigned.

What you will bring: 

• Demonstrated ability to maintain privacy, confidentiality, and exercise diplomacy, discretion, and respect for boundaries.
• Proficient in software applications particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Zoom and Slack.
• Service oriented, proactive and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as solid interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration in a diverse work environment.
• Self driven, results oriented, and highly accountable.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands of the business.

What you must have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar role
