Summary of Position:
We are seeking an Office Coordinator for our rapidly growing company. They will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers, employees and visitors, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general operational activities. They will coordinate with vendors, maintain stock of all supplies and assist in maintaining a pleasant work environment with high employee morale. They will ensure organizational effectiveness, communication and safety and be an essential part of the smooth daily operations of our business.
This role will directly support and report to the Head of Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- Provide general support to visitors
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Monitor supply stock and place orders as needed
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Keep organized ledger of all departmental expenses
- Research new deals for supplies, services, and suppliers
- Run company errands to post office and office supply store
- Assist with coordinating company meetings and events with other department assistants
- Maintaining orderly appearance in conference rooms and office space
Qualifications:
- Entry-level, experience in related industry
- Process-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and organizational characteristics
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work with shifting priorities
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time
Location:
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles and must be able to work on-site M-F.

Hourly Estimation: $20.00 - $24.00
NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
