Office Coordinator

Job Description

• Be responsible for our office in Krakow, take initiative in solving arising issues and tasks, both independently and with your manager

• Establish and manage the relationship with our local service providers and landlords

• Manage facilities and services such as furniture, office equipment, supplies, food and deliveries 

• Lead the occupational health and safety process, ensuring training runs smoothly and the office meets safety requirements

• Support internal and external events, making sure everything runs smoothly

• Be involved in various operations projects, such as inventory, parking and seating arrangements 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office administration, specifically in the technology industry

• Strong and effective communication skills, and high-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency is Polish and Ukrainian in a plus

• Experience planning in different ways and the ability to adjust quickly to sudden changes

• Fast learner, attentive to details, and can take ownership to move tasks from beginning to end

• You love being the go-to person when someone has a question, because you usually know the answer – and if you don’t, you’ll find them

• Patient and open-minded, takes initiative and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro
