Primary Role:
We are looking for a tech savvy, proactive Office Coordinator to join our team, who will help general office administration for our overall organization. The Office Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Operations and Information System Manager to provide general office support that includes but is not limited to: managing the reception desk, assisting with on-boarding of new employees, equipment tracking, ordering and setup, coordination of office repairs and maintenance, supply ordering, filing, organizing, and calendar maintenance. We are looking for someone who is well-organized, flexible, responsible, and is a self-starter. Job Type: Hourly; Non-Exempt; Full-time
Compensation:
The hiring range for this position is: $21.64 - 24.04 hourly ( $45,000 - $50,000 annual equivalent)
This position is benefits eligible. Offered benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, and a 401k.
Location:
This position is located at the One Earth Future Foundation central office in Broomfield, CO. The central office is operating from a hybrid model currently, with two days in office and the option of three days working from home. This role may occasionally require more than two days a week in office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and office support including, but not limited to:
- Manage the reception desk, including answering phones (light), greeting guests and visitors, managing deliveries while maintaining a tidy desk and reception area;
- Ensure office space and facilities are operational and functional at all times including: managing conference rooms, troubleshooting equipment issues, resolving facilities maintenance issues, maintaining a tidy office environment;
- Work with external vendors as needed to ensure a smooth running office environment including computer equipment set up, telephone, janitorial, office suppliers, etc.
- Organize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to be well stocked and tidy;
- Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies, order office supplies, and run errands as needed for kitchen and office supplies;
- Provide support for meetings and events as needed;
- Assist in long-term operational projects;
- Assist with the on-boarding process of new employees;
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Competences:
- At least 1-3 years of office experience, preferably in a small, fast paced office;
- Exceptional attention to detail, takes joy in bringing order from chaos, likes to organize other people and does so with a customer service focus;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to manage priorities, tasks, and relationships in a dynamic, culturally diverse environment;
- Give a positive first impression of our organization to partners, clients, vendors, etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations, demonstrating poise, tact and diplomacy with a positive attitude;
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills a must;
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance with the ability to be flexible to accommodate for early or late meetings;
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and GSuite products.
- Bachelor degree preferred, some college and/or relevant work experience combined will be considered;
- Spanish or Somali language skills preferred;
- Prior experience with new hire equipment set-up and/or liaising with IT Vendors preferred.
- Access to personal vehicle or transportation preferred. May be asked to successfully complete an MVR (motor vehicle records check).

Physical Work Demands:
- Able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Able to bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly.
