Workrise is hiring a Office Coordinator (Part Time) who will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our Austin Headquarters. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is self-motivated and enjoys making a positive impression on the people they interact with. 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Ensure the efficient running of the office including; welcoming visitors to the office, accepting deliveries, validating parking and managing general reception duties
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general questions and office-related problem solving.
  • Organize and circulate all incoming mail on a daily basis
  • Assist executives and colleagues in managing events, large gatherings and meetings including our company all hands, board of director meetings, etc.
  • Work with vendors including cleaning, catering, plant services etc. 
  • Ensure the offices are clean, have the necessary office supplies, and provide all necessary support for visitors and employees.
  • Track inventory of and stock office and kitchen supplies
  • Point of contact for subleased spaces: submit work orders, manage parking and building access on their behalf.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an office coordinator, administrator, office assistant or similar role
  • Hands on experience with office equipment; basic IT infrastructure (e.g. copiers,
  • printers, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Ability to use office equipment and software such as a computers, copiers, Zoom, Google Hangouts
  • Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manipulate and troubleshoot office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
  • Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks 
  • Regular, on-time attendance at Austin Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
