Cohere Health is illuminating healthcare for patients, their doctors, and all those who are important in a patient’s healthcare experience, both in and out of the doctors office.  Founded in August, 2019, we are obsessed with eliminating wasteful friction patients and doctors experience in areas that have nothing to do with health and treatment, particularly for diagnoses that require expensive procedures or medications.  To that end, we build software that is expressly designed to ensure the appropriate plan of care is understood and expeditiously approved, so that patients and doctors can focus on health, rather than payment or administrative hassles.

Opportunity Overview:

If you have a cheerful disposition, are incredibly organized, and enjoy creating an environment of communication, and camaraderie, our Office Manager position may be for you!  The Office Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will oversee supplies, equipment and vendor relations, building access, and office space logistics. You’ll have the ability to work autonomously and exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with excellent written and verbal communication. Our Office Manager will also have the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities and be comfortable working under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

What you will do:

  • Ensure a productive and welcoming workspace and office setup
  • Cover the front reception area as needed
  • Provide customer service to internal and external parties through answering phones and standard correspondence
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
  • Work independently on projects, from conception to completion
  • Partner with Managers, Directors, Executives, and Officers on daily administrative duties, including but not limited to occasional scheduling, travel planning including booking hotels, flights, etc
  • Coordinate operational matters as building maintenance/repair, office equipment, etc
  • Coordinate security/access and other office services with building management
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, kitchen and related stocks
  • Maintain and develop relationships with vendors

  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate status of assignments
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently
  • Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
