Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in the build-out and setup of our new office space in the historic Marshall Fields building in the Loop. This new office space will be the hub of our new global operations, and will host colleagues, partners, and customers from around the world. You will be an integral part of getting this office launched in 2024, and in setting the tone for what’s ahead.
- Own the environment of our Chicago office space and improve upon it in order to make it a consistently stellar home for our employees. Bring your own flair while also collaborating with your colleagues to create this local element of our company culture.
- Support on-site executives with administrative tasks, as needed
- Assist with planning and executing impactful office events and health & wellness program initiatives through a diversity, inclusion, and belonging lens
