Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Proven since 1979, Invest West Management is a full-serve property management and real estate company servicing the entire Pacific Northwest and based in Vancouver, WA. Our services include managing and maintaining multi-family apartments, multiplexes, condominiums, single-family rentals, and commercial, industrial, and retail buildings, including the sales and leasing aspects. We also manage Community Associations (HOAs, Condominiums, Townhomes, and PUDs). In addition, we have licensed realtors on staff for Oregon and Washington. Since our founding, we have been a leader in the property management field. Our staff is comprised of professionals and our services are based on the best practices within our industry.
Essential Functions include:
The Office Manager position requires strong computer and technology skills, along with a general knowledge of software and hardware, and the ability to troubleshoot basic IT and office equipment issues. The Office Manager will be the liaison with IT and other technical support teams to resolve issues. Other required skills include project oversight, inventory management, organizational and administrative skills, basic math, and adherence to all company policies and products, including safety.
- Oversees and manages requests between staff and IT and other 3rd party support staff including hardware, software, copiers, phone systems, and other technological needs that arise.
- Implementation of new software as needed.
- Manages IT Tickets for office, field locations, and maintenance, troubleshooting IT issues in the office determines if IT is needed.
- Manages office projects assigned and includes office upgrades, replacements, and/or improvements.
- Approves and monitors supply requisitions and oversees office contractors, equipment, and supply inventory, and ensures the annual supply budget is met or improved.
- Oversees records management to include record retention consistency, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal policy.
- Manages on-call schedules for maintenance and property management.
- Supports the creation and implementation of an annual marketing plan to include promotional materials, social media concepts and execution, and other online marketing efforts, and website updates.
- Monitors Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google reviews, Glassdoor, and Yelp and responds, when necessary. Maintains and updates all platforms.
- Prepares annual plan with a budget for company events and oversees organization and execution of company events, such as meetings, marketing events, Third Friday events, and company parties, with the support of the Social Committee
- Attends all company events and meetings when required.
- Provides support for planning and implementation of educational events for clients and internal teams. Maintains documents on educational event attendance, and designations received and monitor staff licensing requirements.
- Works with each department in the creation, implementation, and adherence to Policies and Procedures and tracks results
- Preparing reports and other research data
- Audits Real Estate sales files for accuracy prior to the commission being paid.
- Assist in running Leadership L-10 meetings if needed.
- Training and supervising of staff/reception and coordination of departmental projects supported by reception.
The Office Manager position will evolve, and additional duties and responsibilities may be revised/added as business needs dictate.
Salary and Benefits:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience

Potential Bonus eligibility yearly is offered based on company performance.
PTO:
All Federal Holidays are paid off.
PTO is offered at 6 hours per pay period.
