General Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks at their assigned office location such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork, shipping and receiving supplies, front desk coverage as needed, and keeping the office organized. This individual works in partnership with the Facilities team to maintain the organization of our office spaces and communicate effectively with both internal and external partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the Administration & Facilities teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Notifies internal teams of visitors
  • Manages office supply, shipping, breakroom, and all office inventory
  • Communicates with building management and vendor for needed improvements and repairs
  • Manages and reports colleague complaints regarding facilities on department boards
  • Works with finance to resolve any discrepancies on invoices and packing slips
  • Organizes and straightens the office
  • Orders/stocks food orders, office supplies, and miscellaneous special orders
  • Books conference rooms and meetings
  • Sorts and routes incoming office mail
  • Provides front desk coverage as needed

  • Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization
  • Possess an outgoing personality, be detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and have excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-starter who can work and learn quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures, terminology and SharePoint
  • Will need to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds as is typical in an office setting.
  • Will need to be able to assist with table and chair set up for events.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Requires limited knowledge of operations procedures and tools
  • Preferred: Associated degree or equivalent college coursework
  • Preferred: Minimum two years office administrative experience

Working Conditions:

  •  On-Site
  • 0-10% travel may be required
