Our extensive experience, expertise, products and services provide customers availability to World Class Off-The-Road and Mining tire and service solutions. Our solution-based offers are customized around the needs of each customer, with a commitment to making mining mobility safe, profitable, and efficient. GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. In short, GCR operates anywhere mining equipment is operated.

Position Summary
Positions in this sub-family are responsible for providing administrative and secretarial services to the organization. Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, handling mail, preparing routine reports, making travel arrangements, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment. Also includes responsibilities for reception/telephone/switchboard and greeting visitors.

Responsibilities
β’ Proficient in job processes and tools obtained through work experience
β’ Typically works independently
β’ May coach or train newer employees on specialization team
β’ Provides support that serves to enhance and maximize effectiveness of specialization
β’ Takes initiative to resolve non-routine problems
β’ Communicates information to audiences that may require explanation or interpretation
β’ Other duties as assigned.
