This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual eager to excel in a fast-paced and growth-centric setting. We're looking for someone who understands web development best practices, is deadline-oriented, detail-focused, and has thrived in a remote role.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, preparing workplace and providing proper orientation to facilitate a smooth transition;
  • Work closely with the HR team, providing support on various initiatives, planning in-house or off-site activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
  • Take care of company documents and information flows (phone calls and email), to ensure prompt responses and appropriate routing;
  • Oversee orders for office supplies, including stationery, coffee, fruits, and other necessities, ensuring a well-stocked and comfortable work environment;
  • Schedule meetings and appointments as needed, optimizing calendars and coordinating with relevant parties;
  • Provide general support to employees and visitors, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience;
  • Maintain documentation related to work safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards;
  • Collaborate with the office cleaning team, directing and monitoring their work to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards;
Requirements
  • At least 1+ years previous experience in administrative roles or office management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
